Meet Our Director — Luke Tinker
Inspire Soccer UK was founded by Luke Tinker, a UEFA‑qualified coach with a passion for youth development and a proven track record across the globe.
Luke brings:
- UEFA coaching qualifications
- The FA Youth Award
- A BSc in Sports Development & Coaching
- 15 years of coaching experience across England, the United States, South Africa, and Australia
- Professional experience with the Premier League, Sheffield Wednesday, Hull City, and Scarborough Athletic
Most recently, Luke led Mosman Premier League to their first‑ever League and State titles, earning Coach of the Year honours for Mosman FC and Manly Warringah from 2023–2025 — a historic achievement that reflects his commitment to excellence, development, and community impact.
